Facilities Wanted

Per Diem Facility
We are looking for facilities within Nassau County to host Community CPR courses.
We would use your facility in exchange for offering our courses free of charge to your staff.
This would be an as needed usage agreement.
General usage requirement once a month

Permanent Facility
We also are looking for a new home.
We prefer an education facility, classroom establishment or instructor based atmosphere or studio for part time use. This would be for clerical work mostly.
Our requirements are:
Full time Desk space or docking station area for 1 person. We supply computer, phone etc.
Per Diem based usage of an open room 20'x20' minimal teaching atmosphere for 25 students or less, restroom access, etc
We have all of our own furnishings if we need. i.e.: Tables, chairs, computer, etc.
Sub-Lease, barter, split expenses etc all negotiable with us.

We currently have a NYC location which we are looking to relocated to Nassau/Queens area due to the majority of our courses held in this area.
