We ask you do not serve food or snacks for all courses 3 hours or less.

Step 2
(Preparation)
Send us the
name, address, city, state, zip & telephone # of all invited.
Send us a $200 deposit to reserve your date
We will send out an invitations to the event custom printed with your contact
information on it.
We supply a special customized temporary e-mail and personal extension for you
to use**
We will forward to you a pre-printed sign up sheet with your invitees for you to
keep track.
We will forward you a check list so you are prepared when we arrive 1 hr before
the course is to begin.
Step 3
(Confirmation)
3 days before
the course you will send us a copy of your attendance list so we can prepare
The day before we will obtain a positive count of attendees.
We will confirm all information the day before.
Step 4
(Course)
We arrive at
your home 1 hour prior to the schedule start time of your course.
Course will begin promptly as scheduled.
Course completion cards will be issued within 2 weeks***
Training &
Knowledge does not stop here!
The recommended renewal date is 2 years.
Course renewal reminder will be mailed to you in 18 months
as a reminder to establish a new course prior to the end of the
recommended renewal date.
* = We can host a party of any size. We will waive the remote location fee of a minimal of $100 for all courses with 6 or more registered attendees. All courses with more then 6 attendees will start to utilize our reduced rate structure as outlined on our price sheet.
** = We supply you with a personal e-mail address & extension # for all your invitees to rsvp or you can use your own. E-mail is limited to 3mb which should be sufficient enough to handle your rsvps. The telephone extensions are limited to 60minutes of incoming calls including voice mail messages allowed. We will supply you with your e-mail account information accessible from the internet and your voice mail account accessible from the internet or telephone or we can even forward your voice mails to your e-mail address.
*** = For those who complete the entire course, pass and written or practical tests that are required to be given and passes to an acceptable level as outlined in the specific curriculum.
